Strengthening its current product portfolio, Saife Vetmed, India launches complete biosecurity solutions in Collaboration with Stockmeier Chemie, a chemical giant from Germany

Realizing the major role biosecurity will play in the post-antibiotic usage era in the animal feed, Saife Vetmed has introduced its complete disinfectant and cleaner range in Indian market further strengthening its product portfolio.
A foreign collaboration was introduced by Saife Vetmed, India investors group Opticon-Hygiene Europe in 2019 under which an agreement was signed with Stockmeier Chemie, Germany to establish a manufacturing site in India to serve the domestic market and at the same time reaching a long-term understanding with Stockmeier to market its disinfectant range in animal health care industry covering major markets like Southeast Asia, Middle East, and Africa.
Now in 2022-23, the manufacturing site has been able to roll out an exhaustive range of disinfectants and cleaners giving a major boost to the industry’s efforts towards its aim to reduce its reliance on antibiotics and other chemicals which are a major concern for food safety. Thus Saife Vetmed, India becomes one of the player manufacturing disinfectant ranges exclusively for animal health care industry.
Looking at its own vast experience of working in Indian health industry along with the support system being provided by Stockmeier Chemie, Germany and Opticon Hygiene team, the management has expressed its desire to be a major player in the biosecurity segment by 2030.
